About Omnicort AI
Omnicort is building a governed Business Brain that lets an owner explain how the company thinks, then turns that context into supervised AI employees for real customer work.
Why this exists
Working inside small businesses revealed a deeper pattern: customer operations depend on owner judgment, scattered context, repeated training, and people manually joining channels and systems together.
Founder Surojit Biswas spent more than two years designing communication and operating systems for more than 30 businesses, including clinics, schools, restaurants, manufacturers, and service teams.
A good call bot could still lose the customer when WhatsApp, email, the CRM, a booking, an owner decision, and tomorrow's follow-up did not share one state.
The Business Brain governs meaning, memory, context, and authority. The workflow body carries the promise through actions, waits, approvals, and evidence.
Omnicort facts
Omnicort AI is a no-code Business Brain that turns an owner's approved business knowledge into supervised AI employees for customer communication and connected workflows.
Facts on this page describe the current product direction and availability as of August 2026. They do not imply unrestricted production activation or guaranteed business outcomes.
Founder
Surojit's path moved from engineering studies into Indian classical music, teaching, research, and a first mental-health-focused musical venture. Building systems for that company exposed how difficult autonomous operations were for a non-technical founder.
He then became a forward-deployed engineer, building communication and operating systems directly around how SMB teams actually worked. Omnicort combines those experiences: careful listening, structured knowledge, software that survives contact with real operations, and the conviction that owners should manage AI employees without becoming AI engineers.
Product principles
Models and providers can change. The company needs durable ownership of its approved meaning, customer promises, action boundaries, and evidence.
Plain-language business context should become sources, SOPs, permissions, workflows, and testable employee behavior behind the glass.
Company truth and customer continuity should remain shared while each role receives only the context and authority it needs.
The workflow body records waits, retries, approvals, tool actions, handoffs, and outcomes until the customer job is complete.
Real work can propose improvements, but meaningful behavior changes need evidence, evaluation, versioning, and appropriate owner approval.
Where we are now
The major product architecture and customer surfaces are built. Public self-serve activation remains closed while connector, provider, compliance, and end-to-end customer workflows are tested through handheld onboarding. This is a deliberate reliability boundary, not a claim of unrestricted production readiness.
